Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of yourgaragedoorguytulsa.com and to services provided by Your Garage Door Guy LLC ("Your Garage Door Guy," "we," "us"). By using our website or booking service, you agree to them.
Website use
Content on this site is for general information. Prices, promotions, and product details shown online may change without notice and are not an offer until confirmed in a written estimate. You may not copy our site content, photos, or branding for commercial use without permission.
Estimates and pricing
On-site estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if we find conditions that were not visible at the time of the estimate, such as damaged framing, hidden wiring issues, or code requirements. We will explain and get your approval before doing additional work.
Scheduling and arrival windows
Appointments are booked as arrival windows, not exact times. Our technician may arrive any time within the window. An adult 18 or older must be present, or you must arrange access to the garage.
Cancellations
Please give at least 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Custom door orders and deposits
New doors from Hörmann and other manufacturers are often built to order. A deposit of 50% is due when you approve the order. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, the deposit is non-refundable. Manufacturer lead times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or shipper.
Payment
Payment is due when work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month and collection costs as allowed by Oklahoma law.
Warranties
Labor: We warranty our workmanship for (as listed on your invoice) from the date of service.
Parts and products: Doors, openers, springs, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (for example Hörmann, LiftMaster, and Genie). We will help you file manufacturer warranty claims.
Not covered: damage from vehicle impact, misuse, weather or acts of nature, lack of maintenance, pests, or repairs or modifications by anyone other than us.
Except as stated above, services are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent allowed by law.
Safety
Garage door springs, cables, and openers are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Do not attempt to adjust or operate a damaged door after reporting a problem to us. We may decline to operate or work on a door we consider unsafe.
Existing conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your garage, door, opener, drywall, framing, flooring, or vehicles, or for damage caused by hidden conditions we could not reasonably see before starting work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost time or property kept in the garage.
Photos
Our technicians take photos of job sites for records, warranty, and quality purposes. We may use photos of completed work, without personal details or addresses, in our marketing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
